Email Communication Problems |

Email or Electronic Mail is the way of communication between thousands of companies and internet users and even that is very easy just to create an email, type the recipient name and click send, sometimes it can become a problem for some users that don't understand the why? Before you panic and call for support follow these steps: Most of us have more than one email account, well let use that second email account as our troubleshooting tool 1. Try to isolate the problem. Are you having problems sending or receiving emails? 2. After you isolated the problem, if the problem is Sending emails, see if you are getting any error or System Administrator deliver returned. A. If you do get an error back, try to read the email COMPLETLY even that you won't understand soe codes like 5.5.0 or 5.5.1 etc, most of the time that little paragraph at the bottom of the email tells you what is the problem. Example: Email account doesn't exist, You've been block by spam, recipient email is full, etc. This mean there's a problem at the recipient side and not yours. Try to send a test email to that second email account we mentioned at the beginning and see if you get the same response. If you do then contact Nova Momentum Computers B. If you don't get an error back. Try sending another email test to the second email account that you have, or if you don't have any other account try sending a test to any account of a recipient that you can call and confirm that the person received it. If the person tells you that they haven't receive the email have him/her check the Spam folder. If your email is not in there spam folder then contact Nova Momentum Computers. 3. If the problem is receiving emails, the process goes the oposite way. It will be good to have someone or the person who is sending you the emails to be on the phone with you. Have him/her send you a test message and ask them if they receive any error message back. If they do, Please go to Step A. If they don't, then you check your Spam folder to see if maybe the email got there. If after this small troubleshooting you cannot figure it out, contact Nova Momentum Computers. |
